1. The First Contact – Personal and Professional

Are you planning to build or renovate your arena, or to refurbish your existing riding surface?
We look forward to hearing from you – by phone or email via our office in Issum-Großholthuysen.
Alternatively, you are also welcome to contact Mr. Sebastian Adams, who will share his practical experience with the Risohorse® Ebb-and-Flow System openly and first-hand.

2. Initial Consultation & Non-Binding Quotation

After the initial contact, you will receive a first non-binding quotation based on the key parameters of your project (location, arena size, intended use) to provide you with a transparent overview of the expected costs.
We place great value on clear communication – with no hidden surcharges. For example, sand costs are passed on to you at cost price, without mark-ups.

3. On-Site Appointment & Individual Planning

If our initial quotation meets your expectations, we schedule an on-site visit to clarify technical details, discuss potential cost sharing between different trades, and jointly determine how to achieve the best possible value for money.
We offer expert, tailored advice – always considering local conditions and your individual requirements.

4. Material Selection & Quality Control

The choice of the appropriate sand is crucial to the quality of your riding surface.
We work with clearly defined criteria, evaluate regional alternatives for suitability, and actively involve you in the decision-making process.
Because when it comes to the footing layer, we make no compromises.

5. Construction Phase –Coordinated by Professionals

We work closely with you to determine the ideal start of construction – tailored to your operational processes.
Our experienced teams work efficiently, reliably, and in close communication with you throughout the process.

6. Instruction & Training

After completion, you will receive detailed instructions on the operation and maintenance of your Risohorse® Ebb-and-Flow System to ensure that you can make the most of your new riding surface from day one.

7. Service & Post-Sales Support– By Your Side in the Long Term

Even after the project is completed, we remain by your side.
Upon request, we offer regular service checks, maintenance advice, and technical support – tailored to the level of use and the demands of your arena.
